530 - 600 - Preshow activities Luau Activities: Ukulele class, Tattoo station, Ulumaika and crafters

545 to 6:00 the MC will formally welcome everyone as well as informing them of the pre-show activities. MC also says that in 15 mins. we'll be back with the hula lesson.

6:00 to 615 Everyone is re-addressed and welcomed. They are also invited to come and sit as we begin next portion of the night and the hula lesson. Before the hula lesson we ask if there are any special celebrations happening. honeymoon, anniversaries, or birthdays. (this allows for cast to put away pre-show supplies and assist in either hula lesson or pig march.) hula lesson is then done. (5 to 8 mins.) after hula lesson we announce the royal part of the hawaiian luau menu, "The pua'a". The pig is then marched through the audience and returned to the carving station or kitchen.

We then announce let the feast begin, and the buffet is now open.

6:15pm - Food Stations Open

6:30 to 7:15 dinner entertainment.

7:15 to 7:30 Finish Buffet and enjoy dessert and coffee.

7:30 -830 1 hour show

830 to 840 background music is played while people exit.

Where Do I Park? How Much does it cost?

Self-parking is complimentary at The Ritz-Carlton Maui, Kapalua.

What does the VIP Ticket include?

The VIP ticket includes early entry, Exclusive VIP Welcome Cocktail upon arrival, seating in the first two rows, a specialty lei, and first access to the buffet.

Are drinks included in my ticket?

Yes. cocktails, beer, wine, and soft drinks are included in the ticket price.

Is your menu Vegan or Vegetarian?

Yes, we can accommodate requests for vegetarian, vegan, or gluten-free meals with 24 hours advance notice. Please note this when making your reservations.

Does the Luau have a Fire Knife Dance?

Is the Luau Wheelchair Accessible?

Yes, The Luau grounds are wheelchair accessible. Let us know ahead of time if you have a guest in a wheelchair and we will make sure the proper arrangements are met.

What is the Cancellation Policy?

Customers will receive a full refund or credit with notice of cancellation made 48 hours before the event. The show will be held rain or shine, as it is in a covered venue. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price.
